ReplyMaxxing Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
ReplyMaxxing is a Chrome extension made by MPH Tech LLC, doing business as ReplyMaxxing ("we"). Its AI assistant, Max, helps you write LinkedIn messages, comments and posts. This policy explains what ReplyMaxxing reads, what we keep, and what we never do.
What ReplyMaxxing reads
ReplyMaxxing reads LinkedIn content only when you click one of its buttons (Draft opener, Suggest reply, Suggest comment, Check my inbox, or an Autopilot item):
- The profile, conversation or post on your screen, to write your draft.
- When you click Score profile, that profile's text and its banner and profile photo, to score it. When you click What's trending, the posts on your feed (author, text and reaction counts).
- When you click Check my inbox, the list of conversations on your screen (names, last message preview and time), to show who to follow up with.
It never reads LinkedIn in the background, never clicks, scrolls or sends anything for you.
What we send and keep
- Draft requests. The page text from your click is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write your draft. We do not store it.
- Questions to Max. What you type to Max, plus a short note of which LinkedIn page you're on (for example "a profile named Jordan Lee"), is sent to our server and our AI provider only to answer you. We do not store it. Your chat with Max stays in your browser.
- Your account. Your email, plan, billing status and usage counts. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Your setup answers and playbook. The business details you enter, so drafts work on any computer.
- Conversation counts. For Managed Inbox limits we keep a one way hash of each conversation, never names or message text.
- Profile scores and images. Profile text, banner and photo are sent to our AI provider only to score the profile. We do not store them. Your reports stay in your browser.
- Layout health reports. If a ReplyMaxxing button can't find its place on LinkedIn (for example after a LinkedIn redesign), the extension sends a short code such as "feed_no_action_row", the extension version and the page language. No names, URLs or page content. We keep daily counts only, to fix breakages fast.
What stays in your browser
Your draft history, pipeline stages, inbox list from Radar, skip list and settings are stored in your own Chrome profile. Uninstalling the extension deletes them.
What we never do
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing brian@mphtechacademy.com. You can cancel your plan in the billing page.
